Choose, raw, unsalted nuts instead of roasted, salted
Instead of animal protein add nuts to your salad sometimes
Crumble them and add them to yogurt and fruit salad
choose as an midday snack instead of a candy bar or cookie
Choose nut butters instead of regular butter on your whole grain bread
Make a trail mix with walnut, dried berries, raw cacao and coconut flakes instead of buying pre-made trail mix
Add to all your baked goods
